Joe has spent ten years in strategy and customer insight roles in the media industry, spanning print, digital, broadcast and events. He has worked across B2C and B2B brands, helping senior leaders achieve and deep and accurate understanding of their customers and markets to drive the creation of robust business and marketing strategies. He was latterly Digital and Insight Director at Ascential plc, the B2B information and events group, and previously with Guardian Media Group. He now works with a range of start-up and blue chip clients looking to better understand the markets and clients they serve. Projects include marketing sizing &segmentation, retention & loyalty analytics, usage and attitude studies & identification of user needs and wants.
